Margin Wilson is making her writing debut as she shares her victory over breast cancer by proclaiming, "It's NOT the End of the World!"
Raised in a family with twelve siblings, Margin was surrounded by teaching from God’s Word. Sunday morning worship, Monday night prayer, Wednesday night bible study, Thursday Junior Missionary Service and youth choir rehearsals kept faith in God in the forefront. In fact, church would be where she met the love of her life.
Educated in Detroit Public Schools with an Associate Degree in Business, Margin worked inside the prison system for the Department of Corrections for 29 years.
Recent years have found Margin’s focus on ministry and mentoring. In addition to her love of writing and singing, she enjoys traveling around the world!
She says that being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 has inspired her to minister and share her story with others. With a new zest for life, Margin says that the season of sickness she endured has made her even stronger!
Married for 36 years, Margin and her husband, Walter, live in southeast Michigan and are the parents of three adult children and one grandson.
